I have over 30 years' experience in healthcare, initially working as a research scientist and medical writer in conventional medicine. Finding myself increasingly drawn to the more holistic and complementary approaches to health, I decided to retrain as a Biodynamic Craniosacral therapist after experiencing the life-changing effects of this therapy first-hand. I was frankly amazed that such a subtle therapy could have such profound results.

After a 2-year in-depth training, I qualified as practitioner in 2005 with the Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust (sister school to the Karuna Institute) and continue to expand my skills through post-graduate trainings. Recent specialist courses include:

• The vascular system and the heart

• Supporting neurodiverse children, teenagers and adults

• Trauma skills

• Pregnancy, mothers and babies

• Working with ancestral and intergenerational patterns

• Migraine

 

I resonate deeply with this work, and it is a source of great joy to support my clients in their journey back to health and wholeness, working with the underlying cause of their problem to help bring about effective and long-lasting change. 

 

I am registered with the Craniosacral Therapy Association (CSTA) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). I am fully insured and have regular supervision. ​
